12.7x108?

Like many people here, I get a good amount of email overload from various places I've purchased guns or ammo from in the past (and plenty of other vendors, too). An offer today was highlighting the restock of Tula 12.7x108. Got my attention enough to look at the ad since it was so different. I didn't know there was demand for this round in the first place? Other than combloc crew served machine guns, I don't see much about it in a quick search. Does anyone own a rifle chambered for it?

If the ammo is cheap enough and the gun cheap enough. I have been pretending I down need anything that big, but I totally want it.

Don't know anyone that has any Russian stuff. Most people that get one imported have them rechambered to 50 BMG.

That way they always have ammo available and reasonably priced.

There are several anti material/sniper rifles that fire it. Although, I have personally never seen one. I've seen lots of DSHK's though- but nowhere around here, except Ft Bragg.

Guess it would be neat to build a single-shot boltie for the round.

If you want one, I would call Serbu and see if they will build you one. All Mark would have to do is chamber it for 12.7 x 108.

There's also Anzio Iron Works, you could call them also. I doubt that they would have any problems making it as they make 50 BMG and 20mm rifles.

Everyone should watch it, just to see that modded AK! If you're wondering, it looks like someone made an AK Dragunov!

The other sniper rifles are worth a look also.
