175-gr SMK and IMR 4350 (gr?) for new Tikka T3 .300WSM

Santa Claus will be leaving a new Tikka T3 Lite .300 WSM under the tree tonight. It will also leave new Redding dies and some brass, together with a couple of boxes of Winchester .300 WSM (180-gr) to get started.

After I break in the barrel with the commercial Winchester ammo, and preliminary sighting in, I will start reloading. I already have on hand IMR-4350 and 175-gr SMK. Oh, and Winchester LR magnum primers.

I will start reloading according to my Sierra manual (they list the same loads for 175 and 180's).

I was wondering if anyone would care to recommend their favorite loads for the .300 WSM with 175/180 bullets and IMR-4350. Better yet, does anyone have a Tikka .300WSM?

Actually, I received everything as expected, and was pleasantly surprised to see that the rifle comes with scope rings. Does anyone have any experience with these rings? They seem to be somewhat low, and I won't get a chance to try to use them until the weekend.

Will appreciate any information you care to share regarding your favorite load recipe (175-gr SMK & IMR 4350) for the .300 WSM and for this Tikka rifle.
