1913 rail on a M1A

is there a way to install a long 1913 rail on the underside on a M1A fiberglass USGI stock?

i want to put one of these on my M1A but idk how to go about it

You could fab up something from a bolt on AR rail, like this.

I would reinforce the fore-end of a glass stock as they tend to flex a lot. I grind two slots and glass in 3/16 carbon fiber tubes.
