Im looking for a good ring / mount to put some glass on on a AR. The gun is geared towards accuracy, and being a practical 500 yd gun. I have not decided on the scope yet, but a budget has been enforced as my wife told me the "were expecting our first" line this morning.
I was looking at the Larue tactical SPR mount, but at $200 its a little high now.
The scope is probably going to be a Nikon Monarch or a Zeiss conquest in case that matters.
I don't think I need a qd, but if they hold 0 it wouldn't hurt.
