Is it just me, or is the show "24" currently portraying the white, assault weapon/grenade owning, fallout shelter building, loner as the good guy?

Kiefer Sutherland appropriately using the Harries technique is cool.

This is the first time I've watched, other than bits and pieces. Not too bad so far.

I always wondered something bout the show...

Each episode depicts an hr in the day, right? Are they gonna have about 6 episodes of him sleeping. 1 episode of him showering, brushing his teeth, shaving, and getting dressed. A couple of episodes of him eating?

Just wondering, haven't caught the show.

I was into the first few eisodes last year. Then missed a few and then caught the last few. I'm totally off that bandwagon. I'm full bore into "Alias" since they took down SD-6

No, it's a national crisis---no sleeping today. They did show him shaving and showering near the beginning.

Jesse, they have several plotlines happening at once. This allows one character to eat, shower, or (ahem) relieve himself while another character is on camera.

As for accuracy, I'm just happy that most of the terrorists are Arab Muslims, not "far right" neo-Nazis or something (still waiting for the Hollywood bait-and-switch). OK, I'm also happy that Jack carries a two-tone SIG.

I did not see it last year, but I really dig the show. I could do without the daughter storyline, although last nite she was nice to look at.

If you have not seen it, it is worth a look if you like watching dramatized violence and a good realistic terror storyline. Plenty of guns too!!

I am surprised there has not been an outlash from the Arab American/Muslim population over the subject matter. I guess it helps when you throw in a hotish blonde into the terrorist clan.

The seventh man is driving the truck with the bomb (killed the special ops group, then made off with the bomb after they unloaded the plane), I think Dillon has plans of repopulating the world, or at least his underground bunker----- Bow, chicky, chicky, BOW..!!!

I haven't gotten into '24'. I watched part of an episode, seemed pretty decent. I'm with 10-Ring, I like 'Alias'. Pretty much the only program I'm watching.

I have only seen hit/miss but saw the guy with bunker. I figured out he would not let her go. Didn't see the ending. I would like to be able to watch it all the way thru. Otherwise miss too much. Seems they have suspended rules. Kill prisoneers/use shock prods with freedom. Too close to real life for me.

I doubt that's the plotline, the six deadmen were all killed within an hour of being found (in the show) eliminating him as the seventh man. Anything is possible, we are talking about a T.V. show afterall.
