Wait a second. I've loaded a lot of Prvi in .223 and .45ACP. Very good brass, IMO. Don't know about .243. Hornady uses Prvi ammo reboxed under the Hornady name for its specialty/oddball line like the Arisaka, which is also very nice.There are a lot of good headstamps out there, every bit as good as Rem. or Win.
I have reloaded a lot of Privi Partizan brass for 6.5X55 Swede and 7.5X55 Swiss. I have also shot hundreds of Privi Partizan 168 gr HPBT's in my Swiss loads and they are just about as accurate as some costing almost double what I paid for them. I won't say they are competition bullets, but great for plinking.

I'm no help on 243, however I load 25-06 almost exclusively now with PPU brass. Its on par with any other brass I've tried. The only complaint I have is the rim of the case fit a little tight in the shellholder. The factory loads I shoot are accurate and the price is right. I'd say give it a try.

Prvi has always been good brass in everything I've reloaded. Both rifle and handgun. Heh. In fact I am loading 9MM Luger ammo with Prvi cases right now. (taking a short break from loading)

About a year ago I aquired a Rem. Mod.-7 in .260. I needed brass and was purchasing an order from Graf's, so I also got 100 Prvi .243 brass to reform to .243.
The brass is good quality. The only issue I had was that the primer pocket had less radius on the opening and made seating the primers a little difficult. A quick twist of the Forster chamfer tool put enough radius to ease primer seating so it's no longer an issue. The brass longevity has been good, so I rate it with Remington or Winchester brass. I did neck turn the brass for consistency, though it was already good, but not as good as Norma or Sako brass. But, then again it was 1/3 the price of such.....
I've also loaded their .22, .257,.264, and .30cal bullets. Though not up to Hornady or Sierra standards, they are "shootable" and inexpensive. The jacketed soft-points are similar to Winchester Power-points.
I got stellar accuracy with the .264" 120gr BtHpt bullets. Don't know how good they'd do on game but accuracy was match-grade from a off-the-shelf factory hunting rifle.......I got sub-moa for 5-shots from the Prvi .243 brass and Fed. 210M primers and 43.0gr of RL17 for ~2,800fps..... I got them on sale when I bought the brass from Graf's but the typical price puts them in league with Sierra's, which I would defer to if buying again.....unless of course they're "on-sale" again.....
