Ya got more patience than I do bro! That reloading press has got about a 25:1 leverage ratio...as in for every pound of force you put on the press handle you get 25 pounds of upward force on the ram. That 25 ACP case is itty-bitty. I would start the reloading session by reciting all the four letter words in your vocabulary and then picking one or two key words for the session. The “F” word comes to mind as a likely candidate. Oh...big box of bandaids is a must too. Get back to us and let us know how it goes for you!
 
The root problem is that lead "shot" is not cast to size like bullets. It is formed by literally pouring molten lead from a high location and allowing it to fall far enough to form into perfect spheres. Then the balls are collected and run through sizing sieves. So you'll get all sizes of balls within a very wide tolerance zone for any size "shot".
