Can I use the same data for jacketed ammo for cast boolits?

You shouldn't use jacketed data for cast bullets since they deform to fill the bore and you can create excess pressure very easily. If you're planning to shot them in an AR I would caution against that as well because the gas port in the barrel will shave lead and will end up fouling your entire gas system with lead shavings and it isn't coming out. You'll have to replace the gas block and the gas tube.

If it's for a bolt gun and you want them subsonic, you can use normal jacketed data to start and then you'll probably end up backing it down a bit to keep them under 1050fps.
