I'd size the thing "break", bleed, or blister. At least if something breaks I'd see the problem.
308 Brass depth in reloading die.

I am still at a cross roads on the resizing issue. I loaded a bunch of once fired brass that worked great, but this second time has proven a real challenge. So I am going to resize like normal and the put the empty shell in the breech and close it up to see what happens, if I can't get an empty case to load, then at least I know that I need to throw the brass out. Thanks for the help, but with Muzzle loader season opening Saturday Morning, I won't have a chance to do any reloading till maybe next week or the following but will start a whole new thread when I do. Thanks everyone for all the helpful hints, suggestions, etc.
