I just got 500 unfired LC 7.62 pulldown brass from Widener's, and some of the case mouths, besides being dented & requiring at least neck-sizing, have little "nibbles" from the collet, and will require trimming a little beyond 2.005. Anyone have any comments or suggestions on trimming to say, 2.00 or even 1.95 or so? I realize the shortening will lessen the bullet tension, but looking at the 5.56 an it's itty-bitty neck I can't imagine it would make a serious difference. They will be fired in my M14 with Armscorp receiver & all GI parts (SAK chrome lined bbl). Appreciate the inputs
