Has anybody tried re-sizing 327 Federal using 32 H&R mg dies??

The outside dimeter of the case is the same.

So if there is no reduction in size forward of the sizing ring in your die?

The sizing die will work exactly as designed with .32 S&W Long, .32 H&R Mag, and .327 Federal.

Older dies may have a problem with the seating & crimping die being too short??

You will just have to try it and see if it has enough adjustment.

I would expect though, that any .32 H&R Mag die set will work perfectly with .327 Fed., when properly adjusted.

I use .32 S&W dies for .32s&w short through .327mag. I've used even .32acp dies to load through .327, but preferred not to have to adjust dies so set up another turret for longer cases.
I did have to polish expanders to keep them from buckling case mouths on both (Lee dies).
I really enjoy shooting the .32's.

I was pretty sure it *should* work, however, I didn't want to tell my customer at the show YES, without knowing for sure.

Just a bit of news, Dillon specifically says their .32 H&R dies do not work with .327 Federal. I guess they're not quite long enough.

This info is on their site, and in their magazine where the die info is.

I use Redding .32 H&R dies, and they work with .327 too.
