I envy those who can cast for more than 2 hours. My arthritic hands get cramps, especially in winter months, if I go much longer than that. With my bottom spout RCBS furnace and 6-cavity Lee molds I can produce about 1000 bullets before my fingers lock up. Enough to supply my plinking needs for a month and a half, usually, less if I entertain guests at the range. So you will find me in the garage, every 2 months or so, casting and lubing the latest batch. Not seeking pity; I enjoy it. And after going through bullet shortages in the Obama years, I'm glad I don't have to rely on commercial suppliers!
