(1/1/05) and this kid goes into his uncles room. The uncle awakens from a sleep, is scared, and shoots the kid with a .357 from about 4 to 5 feet. The bullet hits, according to Police, about 1 inch below heart, center of chest.
The kid is alive, screaming for the Police. He is saying they "have to help him." But he is alive and can still talk. The bullet went through the victim, through the door and into the wall.
So, with this penetration is this most likely a .357 round, or is the kid alive because it might have been a weaker .38 load? I suppose there is no real way of knowing. The Police on the show said it was .357, but he may have said that just because of the revolver itself.
Thoughts?
