Did you try seating a little deeper in the case with those loads to get away from the rifling? Round nose bullets have a straight shank for a long ways compared to spire point bullets.
The round nose keeps it's full dia for a lot further out then spire points.
That in it'self will raise pressure but so will bullets being to close to the riflings.
I'm can't answer the OAL questions as I've disassembled all of the rounds I was leery of. I seated the bullet right down to the middle of the cannelure groove. That much I know.
