If you are shaving lead swith to a neck expander instead of the standard belling/flaring. It's easier on the brass and the bullet.

Eureka

Following advice given here I was able to shoot 6 went back and made 4 more shot 3 and measured the last one to make sure it retained it's size. No misfires no stove piping.:)
I ended up with an OAL of 1.105 measured .422 at the crimp. Was having a time with shaving until I opened my bell up a bit more.
Couple of things I noticed. Anything above 1.110 started to failed the plunk test. Must be an XD thing. As far as the plunk test goes I wouldn't say these passed with flying colors. They went in fine, when I inverted the barrel the round stayed. All it took was a bit of a shake and out it came. So I tried it. With others that I played with today it took a fingernail to get them out.
All in all I'm pretty happy and thank you all for the help.
If I missed anything feel free to point me in the right direction.
