40 S&W now cheaper than 9mm at Walmart

I went to walmart to get some remoil, and i checked out the prices of ammo they had. WWB was 15.00 for 100 of 9mm and 11.76 for 100 40S&W. I thought i was going blind, checked a few times to see if it wasn't for 50 or something. But, its true. 40 S&W is now cheaper at my walmart.

Has anybody else seen this yet? or is it only in indiana?

That is very strange; I will have to check and see what the prices are at my walmart this weekend. If the .40 is cheaper, I will start shooting it more again.

It was incorrectly marked. The current Wally World prices for WWB ball ammo are:

9mm - $15/100
.40 - $20/100
.45 - $27/100

It's cheaper round per round - and just as good IMHO - to buy 50 round boxes of Blazer Brass at wally-world.

and buy every single box they have.... Then ask how much more they can get for you at that price. It's mismarked, and that doesn't happen often.

id get all i could , i just picked my gf up a box of 40 s&w cci brass for $10.99 thats only 50 rounds

I bought some WWB .32 for $6 a box at Wal Mart - I asked the clerk if there was an error but he scanned it again and it said $6 so I snagged a couple more of them.

That sounds like the per 50 price on .40.

If they'll sell it to you at that price, grab it. I've seen some very good ammo prices on clearance at WallyWorld.

Definate price mistake. As others have said. Go back and buy all of it.
