Is this a compressed load? Using 147 FMJ bullets. I loaded some and can't hear the powder shaking in the case, so I guess there is little to no space.

Seating to 2.800 OAL.

The brass is 7.62 x 51 KF 91 (Indian).

Thanks in advance.

No it shouldn't be.

Probably not a lot of room left, but it should not be compressedwith that starting load.

According to Hodgdon data:
47.7 grains is a compressed load with a 150 grain Nosler boat-tail.
43.0 isn't.

If you're using military brass, it's probably filling the entire case, but shouldn't be compressed. With commercial brass, there's a little room left over. Both my M1A and my Savage really like that load with 150grn BTSP Sierras.
