.444 marlin brass supposedly in the works from starline

I contacted starline and asked about them making .444 marlin brass. I stated that it has a rather large following and that there wasn't much compitition in the market and how much people would love if they made it.

That's good news for those of us with .444 Marlin rifles. I have a pretty good stash of Remington .444 Marlin brass, but another source is always welcomed.

Good news, only place that has any is Powder Valley for Hornady Brass @42. For 50.

+1 My brass has officially been downgraded to pistol bullet category. I'm too afraid to run the 220s through them again.

Don't expect it to happen anytime soon. I asked about .30Carbine brass and was told they were planning to bring it out soon. They finally started selling it last year (good for them) after a 2-year wait.

That's kind of what I figured I took it with a grain of salt. In the meantime I will continue to hunt for some for mine.

Update they are now available from starline for purchase. You have to buy at least 250 though.

It seems the .25-20 WCF brass is out of stock every where. Reforming the .32-20 results in a 20% loss and short life.

444 Marlin brass is on the Starline site right now and has been for a while already.

As for 35 Rem, I have no idea why they don't make it.

Just a note, Midway has some Hornady .35 Rem brass in stock right now.
