Working up some more grendel loads in the coming weeks my only powder on hand is 8208 xbr I don’t use this for anything else so I need to stay with this powder.
My main questions are
1. Can these safely be loaded for grendel same diameter but the tip is much longer?
2. What are these rounds really meant for I just thought the titanium tips seemed cool, are they for match shooting or can they be used for deer hunting?

I should have also gotten the info on my other bullet choice I have controlled chaos Lehigh defense not sure on the size I’ll have to dig them out later. But I at least have load data for that.

Measure your tip length - if it’s too long to fit in your mags ahead of your case length, then it’s not gonna work.

The title references 8208 - I love that powder for 6.5 Grendel. I’m not certain an overpressure load can actually fit into the case with the 123-130 class bullets - if it fits, it ships.

guess that’s why I find lot of load data for smaller bullets and 8208 and the larger ones tend to use different powder if an overcharge isn’t possible
