Wildcatters rejoice!

Can you give me info on this cartridge. No it isn't an AI. My friend showed me these two cartridges next to each other and has both (single shot) rifles. He said that Ackley himself did the job for his 6mm/30-30 AI. (I love old guys! You can't ever learn enough from them!)

BTW: He says he loads them up to .243 Win levels with the Zipp being a little weaker b/c of case capacity.

I have no info on the round that you mentioned, but I would guess that it's similar to the line of cartridges that E.A. Brown has available, based on the 30-30 case, along with the rifles and barrels and accessories that they have.
