I run the auto drum in a Dillon 650, and I had a similar issue. It turned out that the carrier was out of alignment, but before that, I took the expander plug out and sanded a smooth radius on the plug where it enters the case mouth to help feeding. It was pretty helpful. You might try that as a backup idea.
