If it's 50 years and in original condition it is C&R qualified. C&R status comes automatically at 50 years for most guns. The list of C&R guns one sees only includes those guns listed before turning 50 due to some interesting feature or history. Normally it's 50 years. But it has to actually be 50. "Model of 1960" doesn't necessarily mean that a particular gun was manufactured in 1960. For how many years did they make the Model of 1960? A Model of 1960 actually made in 1965 would not be C&R qualified until 2015. You would need to verify the date of manufacture.

The FFL holder (or C&R if eligible) blurb in RED applies to all firearms they sell.

But not a new Century arms AK-47.

It isn't really a left over AK-47 from 1960!

I'm not even sure they were in business in 1960, but if they were, they were not putting together AK-47 parts kits then.
Milled receiver by ATM
And I know ATM (About Time Machining) wasn't around in 1960!

About the first AK-47's to hit our shores were imported by Clayco Sports, Ltd..
They were in business in the 1980's and based in Clay Center KS.

They were an early about only major player in importing Norinco SKS, AK-47, and other Chinese firearms into the U.S..

It's a parts kit from 1960(ish) which was used on a new US made receiver. An all original Polish milled AK would go for much more $$$.

If you read the disclaimer it does NOT mention C&R status might be available, I doubt Wideners would send out firearms based on a "might" status anyway. It states that all firearms must be shipped to an ffl dealer, or C&R holder if the firearm is eligible.

ATTENTION: Firearms ship ONLY to an FFL holder (or C&R if eligible). If you do not have an FFL (Federal Firearms License) then you must find one in your area to do the transfer for you, You MUST enter their address as the shipping address on your order

" This firearm was assembled by Century Arms International using both new US made parts and original used surplus parts. "

That definitely does not meet the letter or spirit of the "original configuration" requirement for C&R.

I have a feeling that BATFE will require any C&R AK47's to be select fire unless Russia was making semi auto only AK's during the cold war. But, a Saiga 50 years from now would be eligible.

The paragraph in red is a blanket statement.
If the gun was C&R eligible, most websites will display that fact right on the weapon information page.
Century WASR rifles are not C&R eligible.
