I was high bidder for 3.6 seconds, my goodness, what a rush...but got outbid by someone with very deep pockets...too rich for my blood

BTW: With those ivory grips and German proof marks, I'm pretty sure that that's one of the revolvers that Hitler personally presented to his most trusted lieutenants and to winners of the Knight's Cross with Pink Hearts & Yellow Moons. As collectable as it is, fifty long might be a little low... :uhoh:

Someone has too much time on their hands...

My Uncle on Kodiak used to tell tales of "cabin fever" during the winter months. I never believed him. He didn't have high speed access...

Damn I knew I shoulda bought that Damn Velo Dog revolver I saw a couple years ago. It was a .25, so it oughta be worth at least $65,000!!! :neener:

I submit that this auction ranks among the Mall Ninja threads and Blackhawk industries as far as gun humor. Oh ****, Blackhawk isn't a joke. :uhoh:

I wanna party with you, Ken.

Ill be in North Carolina in the spring....:) I can ditch SWMBO for 5 minutes

Hmm maybe I better add that to the description..... :what:

you should ducttape one of those glock knives to the muzzle. never know when you're gonna need a ninja-esque bayonet.
(would at least double the value of the highest bid right now.)

Dude get off that puter and go home, Im trying to flirt with Tamara (ineptly I MAY ADD) and you are ruining my concentrationm :)

i could give you some pointers on how to do a better job flirting with her. seeing how i'm quite the expert when it comes to making chicks swoon. :D

does Cor-Bon make tactical .22 short ammo?

I am sorta curious to know how that came into WWG's possession...it musta belonged to a good looking woman, who wanted a favor :D

this is alaska, texncal, good looking women just dont exist up here. :D

well, thats not entirely true. if you peel off the bakers dozen layers of clothing there might be something attractive revealed. everyone up here looks like they just auditioned for the 'michelin man/woman' commercial.

:neener:

Spiff,

Clearly you failed to attend the subzero beach party we had up here one January in Fairbanks a few years back...

yep. i rarely make it up to squarebanks, oops i mean FAIRbanks. :D

if you have pics of said event, etiquette demands you share them with the rest of the class.
:neener:

Sorry about the pics Spiffy. Everybody was too busy jumping up and down to stay warm.

Actually, I remember seeing a pic in the news minus, everyone was standing out by the bank sign on College and old Steese. As I recall it was something like -20. Swimsuits, but no flipflops.
