A Colt New Service originally chambered in .455 (now in .45 Colt) and sent to London in 1917.
A S&W .455 Triple Lock also made in 1917 but undelivered as England decided it didn't like the TL. So it was converted to .45 Colt (along with about 300 other such revolvers) and dumped off to a hardware store in St. Louis.
Both have been refinished (the Colt in nickel) and have no collector value at all. Just the way I like my surplus revolvers. Paid $275 and $295 respectively and they are great fun to shoot.
