A little snub followed me home...

Op;
Just beautiful. I'm a dumbass and traded my 36-1 away for no good reason.

Very nice revolver and looks in great shape.

I'm not that crazy over the looks of the Tylers but you simply can NOT deny their utility. I also shoot left handed so the cylinder latch has never bothered me.

I’ve added 4-5 since this picture was taken but this as my small snub collection. Mixture of J & K Frames. Reading this thread caused me to put 4 snubs in my range bag to play with tomorrow.

OMG! Nice collection!
I have a thing for snubs too. Before this little 36-2, I used to own a 686-6 Plus with a 2.5'' barrel, a 649-1 Bodyguard and a SP101 DAO.
The one that caught my eyes most from your collection is probably the little blued J-Frame Square Butt with adjustable sights. Is it a Mod. 34?

Good eye! That is a 34-1. Funny you should mention that one. It is gone now. Sold to a collector friend of mine, but tomorrow it is coming home. I would up picking up a mint 34-1 and since he is a collector and I'm a shooter, we are going to make a trade. He will get the nicer one to collect and I get the other one to shoot. The little 22 Smith Revolvers are a hoot to shoot. I try to keep a 2" and either a 6" or 8 3/8" all the time. The 22 snub is also a great gun to introduce shooting to a kid. No recoil or noise and for some reason, the kids today want to start with a handgun more so than a rifle or shotgun.

Nice. Happy ending story.
I'd love to add a .22L.R. snub in my collection. 2'' S&W 34, 63 and 317 are very very hard to find in my Country and the prices are high for a used one; I don't even mention what the prices for a new 3'' 63 or a new 3'' 317 are. The LCR-22 is probably the way to go for a new 2'' .22L.R. snub but I'm waiting for a the 2'' LCR-22X, because, as I understand, Ruger hasn't already offered it.

This is a lovely revolver. I love when I see a revolver where its original pants. I think the blue and the walnut is a just a dynamite aesthetic combination. I am curious can you carry these around in Italy?

I also love the original wood grips but I can't shoot my 36 with them without hurting my thumb, so I put them apart and went with those Hogue Bantam with I'm familiar of 'cause i had them on the 649 I used to own and I remembere they where perfect to shoot with.
No, I can't carry around in Italy without a specific licence. I can carry in my house and the property around it.
