A word about Ed Brown and ordering parts...

I see many posts complaining about bad customer service, but I wanted to post a positive experience and see if others have had the same level of service from Ed Brown.
I ordered a Snakeskin MSH housing in stainless and a set of grips screws from them over the net yesterday. Not a big order by any stretch of the imagination.
This morning at around 8:00 I got a phone call from a very nice young lady working at Ed Brown who said that there was a problem with my credit card. Sure enough, my stubby fingers had entered an extra number in the first sequence. She was very nice, professional, and took the time to help get my order right. If Ed Brown takes the time on a <$100 order to help the customer in this way, then I'm sold on them. This is probably old news to others, but nonetheless, I felt a positive word was in order.
