Accura .429 240 gr. Plated HP

I have found these slugs to be very accurate in my 629 with a variety of powders at from 1,000 to 1,100 fps.

Has anyone tried them on game? How do they expand, and how much do they penetrate?

While there are quality bonded bullets that are intended for and do very well for hunting(Like Speer Deep Curls), they generally run as much, if not more, that standard cup and core jacketed bullets. I've yet to find any cheap plated bullet that was intended for hunting and my experience on the range with them is the same. They are great for plinking tho.......
