Added another Glock to the collection

I bought a gen4 G22 earlier this fall, despite all the www reports to the contrary, it has been a perfect performer, as every Glock I've ever owned(save one)has been. I immediately ordered a set of tritium filled Novak
sights from TopGun Supply...

So I decided today to add a gen4 9mm(19)to the stable, a revised model I'm certain the reports of failure have been accurate about. How sure am I that Glock has had serious issues with the gen4 9mm's? When I called Smyrna this afternoon to inquire about the 04 recoil spring, they just offered(no questions asked)to send me one when the next shipment comes in from Austria next week, they didn't even ask for my serial number!

Regardless, I expect that I'll have this little nine eating any 9mm I feed it in short order, I have a ton of +P+ ammo in the barn, and I fully intend to feed this little guy as much of it as it takes to soften up that dual recoil spring...I'll let you know if the little guy turns out to be Glock, or a rock....

congrats. i have a gen 3 model 19, and though i prefer the gen 3 overall, i do like the ability to adapt the grip frame to different sizes. I am sure that it will serve you well.

have fun and shoot it well. wish i could like a glock, but i just cant shoot them worth a hoot.
