Adding higher capacity to an already high capacity mag in WA

So I have a large bundle of high capacity magazines for different firearms, which I acquired over the past ten to fifteen years. Now, I know that it is now illegal to purchase a magazine with more than a ten round capacity in Washington State. But I was wondering, is there anything in the law that prohibits one from adding three or four rounds to a 17 round magazine, I bought long before the ban? I'm not the best at reading laws and then having confidence in my understanding of said laws. I don't want to break any laws, but if this is legal, I would consider ordering an extention for one of my pre-ban magazines. As always, thanks for any help in advance. The people on this site are exceptional, and I always appreciate their feedback.

Best,
SG

IANAL, but re-reading HB-1240, if you did not have the magazine extension prior to the law's effective date, that's a no. Doubtful that you'll find an on-line source will to ship you the extension parts from out of state.

35 (((19))) (21) "Import" means to move, transport, or receive an36 item from a place outside the territorial limits of the state of37 Washington to a place inside the territorial limits of the state of38 Washington. "Import" does not mean situations where an individual39 possesses a large capacity magazine or assault weapon when departing40 from, and returning to, Washington state, so long as the individualp. 8 SHB 1240.PL1 is returning to Washington in possession of the same large capacity2 magazine or assault weapon the individual transported out of state.

(((28))) (30) "Manufacture" means, with respect to a firearm or9 large capacity magazine, the fabrication, making, formation,10 production, or construction of a firearm or large capacity magazine,by manual labor or by machinery.

Got it. Thank you, Sir!
