The seller said the date code was XXIII for 1967.
It has two unusual variations.
It has a right hand two line Colt barrel address and the wedge and its screw are on the "Walker" side.
I have one of this model from ASM with a date code of XX for 1964 which has a left hand two line Colt barrel address but its wedge and screw are on the conventional side.
The 1964 Armi San Marco catalog shows a picture of this model with my specimen's wedge configuration labeled "Revolver Wells Fargo - 1848 - - Cal. 31." It is described in English as follows:
"The desireable (their spelling) Wells Fargo model of the Baby Dragoon. Very rare and a fine conversation piece of the Pony Express days. Frame and hammer case hardened (no lever) - Barrel octagonal, 4-5-6 inch lengths - Cylinder scene the typical stagecoach hold-up (my bold*) - perfect detail - Caliber .31."
*Both my version and apparently the one in this auction have the Baby Dragoon Texas Ranger / Indigenous battle scene rather than the Hold-up scene mentioned above. They also both have the square back trigger guard of the Baby Dragoon as opposed to the round trigger guard seen on most current replicas termed Wells Fargos.
