Today marks 5 years since the "I reckons" got said. The little lady outdid herself too. Since I moved I have been frustrated having nowhere to shoot. She solved that for me today...and for 15 months from today. She bought me a membership at Fairfield Glade Sportsmans Club in Crossville TN. It's about 40 minutes from my house but it's a pretty drive.

Rifle range out to 325, 6? Left/right shooting benches, covered awning over the benches on a concrete slab. Truck parking about 5 ft from the awning...no hauling gear at this place.

Pistol ranges looked short but OK, but I didn't use them today. I shot everything on rifle range. But there's 2 ranges with enough room to really have fun. Pistol competition day is Tuesday when I have to work...vacation time may be burned.

Shotgun is where these guys shine. The majority of the property is devoted to trap and skeet, heavier on trap. Doubt I use those much.

Anyways... I shot like crap but had fun doing it. She shot well enough. At 75 bucks plus tax it's certainly not a bad deal if your in the area.

The gift that keeps on giving.

Kudos to the wife and Happy Anniversary to you both!
