Any experience with the new Chargemaster Supreme?

I saw a demo, and couldn’t really tell what it did beyond the regular Chargemaster, other than cost $100-150 more and connect with Bluetooth. If a guy really wants memory and Bluetooth upgrades for $100-150 extra, then maybe it’s worth it to them. It ain’t to me.

The Matchmaster is intriguing to me - except match mode is slower than my current kit. But it IS ~30% cheaper - and I do know it does the job.

Dad and I got one for Christmas 2021 and it is super fast once you get it set up... You can program individual charges for different weight bullets and cartridge type and name them according to the cartridge and powder type/charge. It has a feature when you take the pan off and empty it and put it back, it automatically dispenses the next charge while you do other things such as seating a bullet in that case. It's really nice. I did 50rds of 458Socom and 100rds of 9mm in no time.

@270OKIE - you mention doing a number of rounds “in no time,” but what’s the actual charge speed?

The demo unit I saw didn’t seem much faster than the Chargemaster, and wasn’t as fast as the matchmaster in “low precision mode” (which makes very little sense to me). Auto dispense has been a standard feature in market for a long, long time, so that’s nothing new - but hitting +/-0.1grn of target weight within ~15sec at $450 might be intriguing. I just didn’t see the demo running anywhere near that speed.

I didn't actually time the powder drop rate but it did seem to dispense pretty much dead nuts on the selected weight though. I basically have time to put the powder funnel down, pick up the brass, put it in the press, put a bullet on top, press it into the case and put it in the box by the time it's basically finishing up the trickle portion of the powder dispensing. So its not really a bottle neck IMHO...

I appreciate the reply's.

The Power button on my ChargeMaster Lite is close to the point of failure. (I leave it on 24/7 now)
It's served my needs for many years but it's days are numbered.

I'm in no need of Bluetooth or Memory.
I'm charging and seating with my Rockchucker Supreme, so speed isn't really holding me back.
I doubt I could shoot the difference between the powder drop accuracy of a Link/Supreme vs. what some of y'all use/need/appreciate.

Statistics say all I need is the 'Link'. It seems like a 'solid move to the side' vs. much of an improvement.

I had noticed the power button on my chargemaster lite is getting a mite sensitive on and off but still works. Needs to last til Christmas. My wife says I can't buy another gun anyway. I don't care about the bluetooth or memory stuff either. Thanks for the post

I found my charge master lite to be slow, but I can seat and store a finished round while it runs.

I have been using it for a few weeks and only had one overthrow of .1gr.
Mainly using it for 8208 XBR.
