I ordered an 11-87 back in December and have heard NOTHING from Buds. Their website seems overloaded and I cannot figure out how to actually speak with a person. It's been twelve "business days" and three weeks since I put my order in.
Is anyone else having any interaction with them? I've purchased in the past and had no problem, but this is getting to be a bit much. 3 weeks? ZERO customer service? They just keep saying they are overloaded.
Better yet, does anyone know how to actually speak with a human being?
I wouldn't be so upset if they hadn't already taken my money. Most other dealers don't charge until the item is ready to ship.
