My curiosity finally got the best of me, and I picked up a can the other day. I have to say, I am very, very impressed. It has replaced H4350 for me, and that powder topped them all in my 7mm-08's compared to many others. Better metering, better accuracy and better velocity. I'm glad I tried it.

I use it in .308 win, very good powder but H4350 has been the best for me in 6.5 Creedmoor.

I had never even heard of it until searching the Hodgdon's load data, and for my 162's it came up as giving the best velocity. Further research showed people were very happy with it. It's an IMR powder but it's temperature insensitive, which is what kept me shooting Hodgdon's "extreme" powders.

I run it when i run out of cfe223, its a solid powder, but fills and velocity are usually better with cfe.

What bullet are you using in the 7mm-08 with this powder ?

I have used it a little in 223 and tried some in 308 win,

I had some great success with it in 223, multiple 5 shot sub mos groups in 2 ar15’s with 55gmx and Nosler varmageddon 55g hp

I didn’t try hard in 308 because I found Varget

I found it accurate in .223 with Hornady 75 grain match. One of the better loads tested with that bullet in my rifle. Meters easily also.

I use 8208 for bullets 65gr an above in 223, and 168 and below in 308. Excellent powder
