Anyone encounter problems with USA Ammo?

I ordered from them this summer, and I thought they were great. Good service and product just fine.

Now, however, I'm having some difficulty. Apparently they get their ammo from somewhere else. When I ordered a few weeks ago, they said they had my ammo in stock. Never got the order, though. I've called them a few times and it's always "It'll be in tomorrow" or "Tuesday" or "it'll ship today."

When I cancelled my order today the girl said abruptly "I'll email you a cancellation verification RIGHT NOW." Before she hung up, I reminded her that she didn't have my email. I gave her my email, but got the impression she wasn't writing it down. STILL haven't got the email verification. Paid by credit card.

Certainly don't want to trash the company...just want to find out if anyone else is having problems. If it's just a temporary problem that they're having getting this particular caliber of ammo (.38 Spec.), then I'll continue to use them in the future. If other people are having problems getting their orders, however, I'll order from someone else.

Too bad...I really like their ammo.
 
OK, I just got my refund verification. That's good.

I suspect they're still a good company. Just ran into difficulty with this order. The .38 special I ordered are under $12 a box, so I guess it's a popular item.

I really wouldn't mind waiting a month for the order IF they tell me it'll take awhile up front. "It'll be in tomorrow" isn't a good response after the first couple of times.
