Anyone have a current contact at Sig?

I have called sig customer service 6 times trying to get my p320 registered for the voluntary upgrade. I’ve been trying since the first week of the upgrade. Each time I am told I’ll get a label in 2 weeks and then nothing. There is some sort of problem with my serial # and I can’t register my 320 online.

I have tried random email addresses of Sig employees I have found online but never get a response. I am sick of this and I just want to get my 320 trigger upgraded and safe.

If you’ve got a contact at Sig please let me know.
 
Call them explain the issue and ask for a return label to be emailed to you. They email a return label to me without offering the option of receiving it by snail mail.
 
I have only returned one gun to Sig (night sight issue). I called rather than emailed, and I received excellent service. Just call and talk to a real live person.

Edit: Just re-read your post where you said you did call. Very strange.
 
I got ahold of someone today at Sig, explained everything again (for the 6th time) and asked for a return label today and he emailed me one in about 5 minutes. Should be smooth sailing from here.
 
I did the return form online. About two weeks later I got an email telling me it's my turn to send in my P320 with the label showing up in a separate email about 10 minutes later. I got it back shortly with a nice trigger, never had to speak to anyone.

Did you get an explanation as to why the holdup?

Sending email to random SIG employees probably wasn't a good idea.
