Anyone know of Hock Hochheim?

I had visited Hock Hochheim's website a while back and I got an email that he is going to be doing a "Hand, Stick, Knife, Gun, PAC and Filipino" seminar in Newtown, PA March 5 and 6.

My question is has anyone heard of him or know if it is worth signing up for?

I've trained with him. Nice guy. Decent teacher. He shows a LOT of techniques in workshops. Saw no obvious garbage being taught. That being said, there are people I've trained with that I like better.

I've trained with him. Hock has been around awhile, he is practical and will throw a lot at you in the average work shop.

If you already have some training you will probably benefit more from his work shops/seminars... than someone who has not. He is well rounded.

If you are looking specifically for stick/knife training...there are others I would recommend over him, but he is a good source...and you'll not find any "gimmicks" in his training.

Haven't trained with him, but have looked over his stuff in depth. I wouldn't hesitate to go to a 2 day course near me at that price in your situation.
