Wow , what a fast sg. I have weighed it down with a 8 shell mesa shell carrier , a big butt red dot scope ,a full shell holding sling and the thing fires upside down. Got rid of an od green 1100 tac 2 to help fund it a couple of years ago and just started using it a bit. The 1100 gets to dirty to fast imo. Testing it i should say. I got it at a local gun show with the telescopic skeletonized stock and then luckily aquired a factory +2 extension for it which is now very hard to find if you want a benelli brand tube. Got my tube for 150.00 which was a steal even 2 years ago. They say the adjustable stocks are going for somewheres in the 6 to 800.00 range alone. I might sell either the stock or the tube because you can't have both installed at the same time according to the atf's silly rule about imported parts. A fine aftermarket 1 piece tube is being made by a metal guy down south which is equal in quality to the factory 1 piece which the military uses. 150.00 and it's legal. It's just that i like having the gun "all factory" , all benelli.
Let my son borrow my super nova tactical some time ago and never got it back so this m411707 i'll make sure he don't even touch.
I'm going to lighten it up and only leave the mesa tact 8 shell carrier on it.
This benelli can use up alot of shells. 2" groups at 40 to 50 yards. Breneke's shells seem the tightest. Fed's truballs were a little wider but not much.
