Anyone own a 700 LTR in .223?

I am thinking of trading my 700P in .308 for a 700LTR in .223. Anyone have any experience with the LTR .223? I saw one og the LTRs at a show not too long ago. Really like this size rifle for a .223. Is the accuracy good with the lighter 52-53 grain bullets? I am going to call on Monday to let the shop know if I want them to order one. Still debating!
