Remington 700P LTR or 700 LTR?

I am looking at a "700 LTR" with order number 25739 thinking it's 700P; however, we couldn't find 700 LTR on Remington or RemingtoLE pages. The 700P LTR has an order number 5739 without the 2 from Remington LE page.

Are these 2 the same? 25739 Remington 700 LTR and 5739 700P LTR?

To the best of my knowledge there is no difference, the LTR is a 700P rifle. I have one and really love it, shoots great. The "P" just designates "police" same as with most of their guns on their LE site. If you order an LTR thats what you'll get, I wouldn't worry about it.

I guess I don't know where you are getting the "2" from. I really like mine. Enjoy it.
