I hate this crap. The constitution says you and I have the right to keep and bear arms. I see absolutely no stipulation there that colleges and universities are exempt from that. If you took that argument to the supreme court, I wonder if you would win? Does the constitution not superceede all else?

But the constitution was ammended to change that. There are no ammendments in the constitution that prohibit carrying a handgun on a college campus.
