Aprox Value of Remington IZH-94?

My search is not coming up with a whole lot on what these might resell for. Chambered in 22 over 410. This is unfired with box/papers and extra chokes. Neat little gun. Any help appreciated.

One of those Russian Izhmash Combo rifles. Don’t see many of those. Can’t say I know the value. Nice looking rifle/shotgun.

These things used to change hands around $400 maybe 3 years ago. I like combo guns, but can't afford a Blaser, Valmet, or drilling, so dabbled in the IZH 94 and Savage 24. With Russian imports permanently shut off in 2014, I suppose these now have increasing rarity value. They must because the only completed sale I could find in gunbroker was for $700! For a year or two in the late 00s IIRC, Remington put its name on Baikals and sold them as their low end line.

And from what I saw it seemed like the better guns got Branded as Baikal and the passable seconds got branded as Remington. The 20 ga Remington I had was rough. The Baikal I got in trade for it was a better fitted gun and even though the guns were part for part identical the Baikal gun just seemed to have been more carefully crafted. That’s something for name recognition though, to trade a better gun for a lesser gun even just because you recognize the brand even though they come off of the same production line. Mine were both SxS guns (as was my 12g Savage also made by Baikal). Not bad at anything but also not especially great at anything either so they all went to new homes.

This one is stamped 08. I am not sure what years they were made. It feels like a solid rifle. I am tempted to shoot it.
I saw the GB Auction for $700 and another for $600 on another site. I am guessing these were $250-$350 when they first came out?

I looked at true gun values and it showed several of them in 12/223 sold for 900-1000 I’m not sure the 22/410 would be exactly the same. But if it’s new never fired in box it might well be.

They are well made, solid guns, although they lack refinement. A 22 and 410 is a great squirrel gun, especially. Trigger can be pretty heavy, but the Russian guns always go bang.
