AR style muzzle break question??

Does anyone know if this muzzle break is legal in California as I would like to have one mounted on my registered(in case anyone is wondering) dissipator? It is the Wilson Combat model for post- ban rifles. Thanks, RB

The Wilson is perfectly legal under the Federal interpretation of the AWB, but I cannot comment on the legality in Kali.
