Hey All,

Got a quick question just to be sure I'm not mistaken..................are formerly banned to civilian hi-cap mags marked "Restricted to LEO/Military only" ok for civilians to own, use, and/or sell now?

I want to be sure of rules & regs...........I know that buying/using new hi-cap mags now is ok, but I'm particularly concerned with formerly banned/restricted mags.

Can anyone with a solid confirmation answer? I can speculate on my own, I want to be 100% sure.

Thanks much everyone!

Depends on your state laws. If you live in the real United States and not some socialist wormhole to marxist hell they are perfectly legal to own now.

Thanks boofus...........I thought that was the case but I wanted to hear some other takes on it.

What about selling them locally?

I'm in PA

you are ok in PA for now.
"fast eddie from Philly"
may get a wild hair soon. keep an eye on our legislators too.

Ditto the above. The federal ban is over, if your state has no limitation then you are good to go. If your state is a Marxist HellHole then you are still limited.

Here in Massachusetts we have to commit our drive-by shootings with only 10 round mags. After all, we gangbangers voluntarily surrendered our hi-caps along with our bayonet lug equipped assault rifles in order to comply with the federal law years ago.

The ATF posted a letter a minute or two after the AWB expired, explaining that federal law now had no restrictions against civilians owning, posessing, or transferring marked mags.

Yep. for those of us here in Free AZ, no restrictions. I keep looking for a marked CZ Compact standard cap magazine, the one I ordered had the markings ground off.... :fire:
