Articulation Part I

How you tell a thing is at least as important as what you tell. You can be 100% right, and tell the story in such a way that it alienates the jury, or the media, or your prospective customers.

Articulation Part II
 
I always wondered how other people did it.

I learned the old fashion way...writing thousands of reports, reading thousands more, and then seeing how they were ripped apart or held up by sitting through hundreds of trials...especially paying attention to the defense attorney
