About a year ago, I purchased a DWM Luger and two 1895 Nagant revolvers from my inlaw's neighbor. Along with the handguns, I also purchased all the ammunition he had. This fellow had a prankster friend who willed him all his guns and ammunition, knowing full well he was borderline anti-gun.

The ammunition was the actual the score in my opinion, yielding somewhere north of 20k rounds of various calibers and shotgun shells (unfortunately all 20ga steel shot).

I recognize the vast majority of the ammunition, but of the 600 or so rounds of .357 magnum, one brand I know very little about.
200 rounds are of 50 round sealed plastic/reusable JHPs (Nosler) loaded by a company called Atomic Ammunition.
I plan to keep one box just because and sell the remaining three boxes.

So I have two questions: Are these considered top-shelf loads (I presume due to the nice boxes) that will serve well for defensive purposes?
Secondly, of the remaining boxes, what is a fair price for each?

Thanks in advance.

Atomic stuff is good from my experience. I believe they are hand made in small batches similar to Buffalo Bore and other top shelf ammo makers. The nickel plated star line brass is nice. 1,350fps is no slouch in the 158gr. SJHPs that I had. They advertise to be "match grade" But please define "match grade" for me????..
A buck a round on these is fair right now.
I recall when times were better a few years ago. 30$/box of 50 was a very good find.
Atomic is great Ammo.

Thanks Palladan44! I suspected as much but really wanted some confirmation. I'll put the ammo on Gunbroker with a starting price of $40 and see if I get any bites.
