I own a 270 Wby, a 7mm Rem Mag, & a 7mm Wby all in different bolt guns. I'm not really sure what you mean about reloading the 7mm Rem Mag being easier?
As for accuracy, this has to do with the shooter, specific rifle, and ammunition. It has nothing to do with the cartridge design itself.
All 3 cartridges are fantastic and very similar in ballistics and dimensions. If you find a shooter in any of those chamberings, that's really all that matters, especially if you handload. That said, I do understand the quest for a specific chambering in a specific firearm. If its something you really want, do it!
