Oh Skunk, how I HATE to say this...
Buy the...Ugh...Darn...U...S...P...Ohhhh
I like the Beretta. I hate the USP. The reason I don't like the HK is that it doesn't fit my hand, the grip feels like I'm holding a pineapple, and the safety jabs my thumb right near the base. Well, If it fits your hand, it's definately reiliable, accuarate, and it is a bit lighter than the Beretta.
The only G models available to you right now ***gotta love CA*** are Brigadier versions (Elite and GSD) which will make the gun heavier.
I like the idea of another P7 (I just got a really nice P7 PSP for $650) but it's too nice a gun for a "beater" and requires a bit too much upkeep.
A USP9F or USP9C sound like the way to go for the options you chose.
One last question...Why not the current USP .45 you have. I should be the last person to advocate NOT buying another gun, but with the exception of capacity, I'd take the USP .45 over any of the other choices.
Well, good luck and good shopping. Let us know what you decide.
