Nope. Vertec grip :barf: Overly aggressive checkering, fugly rail, beavertail looks like the gun fell a couple hundred feet and landed on it.

I liked the Bilennium 92, and the Steel 1 was nice except for the Vertec grip, but they can keep this thing
 
By interesting coincidence I was out for a good long plink session with a friend yesterday ; I mostly shot my Beretta 92 Vertec , he with his Taurus counterpart. (The friend was the infamous MARV from the Batman Luger story...)

We discussed the virtues of the design , and I went on to comment on my enjoyment of my S&W 5906 which is of all stainless construction. A steel 92 would certainly get my interest. Lots of whistles and bells... There comes a point beyond which one cannot improve on a proven design- does the 92X represent that point? Maybe , maybe not. Beretta gets credit for trying - looks like a fine firearm.
