With the right ammo (they are very picky) and with plenty of lubrication, mine has worked flawlessly. However, I do not like all of the care that it needs and therefore only carry it when I need really deep concealment. The rest of the time it's my Colt Pocket Nine and the Kel-Tec PF9 when the gun might get exposed to the elements -- with the stainless slide and plastic frame, it can stand up to the elements better than the more expensive stuff and if it does get ruined, less of an investment is lost.I once wanted a Rohrbaugh, but even though they cost $1000 they have had their share of problems
PS: Editted to add ... we're talking only about pocket carry. Most of the time it's something larger in a holster or belly band and J-frames around the house.
